In Living flesh is the latest photography series developed by Jocelyn Ang for the freespace residency programme. The residency-led exploration examines the corporeal body through the abstraction of various human forms and organic materials and seeks to discuss the physicality and mortality of flesh and blood.

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that produces a cyan-blue print. Engineers used the process well into the 20th century as a simple and low-cost process to produce copies of drawings, referred to as blueprints. With the rise of digital photography, this classic process has now become an obscure, alternative form of image making.

The Cyanotype Kit is designed as a low-cost introductory set, containing the required steps, solutions and tools for printmaking.
